up until yesterday i thought that pomegranates weren't that great,weren't too flavourful,too much of a pain to eat,over prices,and just plain less-than-mediocre.
then theresa did a still life of a cut one and left me with half of it.
and i ate it like so,and that opinion at once changed forever.
it was like eating an incredibly juicy,exotic,pb&j.
yeah,it was kind of amazing,and will soon make an actual pb&j with pomegranate arils and pomegranate jelly(i think crofter's makes one...)

Have you ever tried peanut butter with cranberries? I was going to make pb pancakes with a cranberry sauce and it made me think of you so I thought I'd ask. :)
Do you eat the white part (pulp?) of it? So bitter! I'm getting shivers just imagining biting right into a pomegranate.
