Vegan MoFO Day 27:White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Brownies & Peanut Butter & Co.

veganmofo 033

These are White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Brownies.
It's Joni's incredible recipe from Cozy Inside but using PB&Co. White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter and vegan white chocolate chips.
These really were amazing, and I wish that I didn't make them the day I left to Toronto,so I only got to have a tiny bit, though, that doesn't mean much because Daniel(who every time I've made them before, and including the other night when I made them eats 1/4 of the pan as a piece)said he was pissed because Patrick ate them all.

Also,I decided since it was Vegan MoFo and I was writing about peanut butter everyday, then it would be a crime not to include Peanut Butter & Co.
They make the awesome white chocolate peanut butter which I used for these here brownies.
Now,unfortunately I don't have awesome food porny pictures of all the seperate peanut butter because like 5 minutes ago I deleted a ton of stuff from my camera accidentally. But whatever. You win some, you lose some, and there's still some pictures.
Anyways,here's some reviews:

White Chocolate Wonderful-This stuff is magical. It's soo good. It's a little bit chunky, doesn't seperate at all,and tastes like Reese's Pieces.I guess that's what peanut butter and white chocolate taste like?Who cares,it's so good.I used to buy it every time I went down to the states before they sold it here, and now I just bought 2 jars of it at SaveOn Foods on sale for $2.99.

Dark Chocolate Dreams-Hmm,this stuff is good,but not amazing.Chocoreale is better.It's really sweet(which is fine)but it's just not knock-yr-socks-off good.

Cinnamon Raisin Swirl-Oh god.Sometimes I feel like I like this even more than white chocolate. It's so yummy. It's like the insides of a peanut butter cinnamon roll, and yes I know very well how that tastes,The chewy raisins are great, too. The first time I bought this one was summer 2006 at Sidecar in Seattle.and the woman working, who had a bit of a British accent and was older said "this stuff is good...on TOAST.or with a spoon."
I doubt I emoted and portrayed that through the internet in a justifying way,but if was really funny.

Mighty Maple-a new falvour,I've only had a jar of it once,but it's really good.Not as many stores sell it,probably because it's newer,but they should.It's really,really sweet,and maple-y,tastes like Canada.or Vermont.

and I haven't tried the Heat Is On,the hot,spicy,savoury one,but I hope to soon.
And then there's the non-vegan honey peanut butter one,and the plain smooth and crunchy ones.I don't think they're too great.Okay, well, yeah they're great,it's peanut butter!I just mean nothing unique or mind blowing.

p.s Peanut Butter & Co.,are you gonna send me free stuffs now?

I have only had the Heat Is On, but it was absolutely incredible. It totally blew me away. I have a jar of the dark chocolate flavor; I just haven't opened it yet. I'm actually afraid to open it because I think I might end up liking it too much! ;)

I want to try Heat is On but can't get it, only the dark and white. I want to try the Maple kind now too.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Brownies???

People who aren't allergenic to peanuts, and flaunt it like THIS offend me! ;) YUM!

Now for me to figure out a tasty substitute for this recipe that won't kill me!

P.S. Just found your blog, and am LOVING the recipes... I'm not much of a sweet eater, but when I eat sweets, I only eat the GOOD stuff! Mmmmm!
