Vegan MoFo Day 7:Peanut Butter Covered Pretzels

chocolate covered peanut butter confection with peanut butter coated pretzels.
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Confection with Peanut Buttered Pretzels.

Peanut butter and pretzels go together really well.I've made quite a few desserts, like peanut butter pretzel mousse cake, back in February, containing the combination and something just seems right about it.Like maybe how both words start with the letter "p".
Anywhoo, peanut butter covered pretzels aren't a hard commodity to come across, they sell those Sunridge farm ones everywhere. But those ones contain whey and probably some other stupid ingredient. So i've long felt deprived of being able to buy peanut butter coated pretzels.Just like those yogurt pretzels that used to be so good. But being in the land of vegan magic all of that has changed.I found peanut butter coated pretzels, vegan ones! in the bulk bins at the Alberta Food Cooop.
And they're delicious.Sweet,salty,peanut buttery,smooth icing.Yum.
This isn't the first time i've come across vegan ones, once in Bellingham I found packaged ones at Food Pavillions or something, but had no money.
Anyways,i'm gonna have to buy a ton of these to bring back to Canada and make some crazy dessert.

peanut butter coated pretzels.

I bought some some yesterday when I went to the co op to see michelle c. since it was her day to volunteer.
Portland is full of magical stuff.

I'm not really a fan of the sweet-salty combo, but the pb cinnamon rolls, bombe, the marshmallow chocolately goodness that you've posted below have me drooling on my keyboard. Do you ever post recipes?
