Vgean MoFo Day 5:Banana Split Pudding Brownies with Peanut Butter Caramel

I made these last week for ANTM night at Susie and Maeve's house.
It was really fun.People in Portland really like to have parties for everything.Last night I went to a onesies party.
Anyways,these were awesome,but I knew they would be.The Banana Split Pudding Brownies are from Vegan With a Vengeance,and this is the 3rd time I've made them,and god,I love them.I haven't made them in over two years though!I made them at a friends house the first time and brought some to my sister,who exclaimed that they were her favourite thing ever,so I made them again that week.I didn't have a hand mixer which the recipe says you can use,and I had used one when I made them earlier in that week.So I went to the Salvation Army and bought an immersions blender.Yeah,I made the recipe with an immersion blender.It still turned out great,but wtf was I thinking I "needed" a blender to mix the stuff?And I remember my sister's boyfriend helping me mash the bananas with it and well yeah.
Anywhoo,why don't I make them more often?!I added chocolate chips and peanuts to the batter.And then,the best part was that they were smothered in peanut butter caramel.Peanut butter,banana,chocolate.

Oh,and I have another story about these!I went to People's before the part and was carrying the brownies and I saw the guy from Sip! who I was talking to for a while on Monday,and I gave him one.But there was this lady who came over and was like omg,what are those?are you selling them?well y'know I have a stand at the market and i'll trade you some produce for one!
and so I went to her stand at the wednesday farmer's market and traded a brownie for this huge crazy looking apple,and a bunch of grapes and other stuff.
oh,and the guy from Sip! let me use him fork to get it out and that's the one pictured above.I need to make sure to get that back to him.
