Raspberry Chocolate Chip Blondies

These are the "tantalizing" Raspberry Chocolate Chip Blondies.And tantalizing is spot on.In looks and taste.Can something that isn't chocolate be described as fudgy?These are where it's at,gooey/"fudgy" cake base,sweet and fruity raspberries.chocolate chips,dough and more chocolate!mmm.
I made these for my ex-student teacher Megan who's helping me put together a portfolio.These ones are wheat free too.
I haven't been eating much lately especially because i'm working on this portfolio and i've been spending all of my time drawing except for the past 2 1/2 weeks where all I did was paint(painted 14 hours in a row on Saturday...) but baking is fast and has been a stress relief.and these were delicious.

Do you remember which flour(s) you used and in what amount(s) to make these wheat-free?

hey,
i just used all barley flour in place of the ap flour.no change in amounts.worked like a dream.
