White Chocolate Chip Birthday Cake with Sprinkles
For my sister Sarah's birthday yesterday I made her a cake.First layer is a vanilla cake full of vegan white chocolate chips,a layer of chocolate buttercream,more vanilla white chocolate cake,then rich caramel ganache,then more chocolate buttercream.Topped with more white chocolate and organic chocolate sprinkles.Very frivolous,and I can thank Brandy for them.

where do you find vegan white chocolate chips? Or just plain old white chocolate?
