Hi.So last Sunday I participated in the BLIM Monthly Community Market.I was selling vegan baked goods.I did this back in December,but that was the big winter market,and back then they were only once a season.Now they're monthly!

"Blim community market will be on last Sunday of every month from 11–6 PM. It will include 30 vendors, live music, hot food, beverages, and entertainment. Vendors will include food, fashion, accessories, supplies, fine art, vintage items and records, and not be limited to crafts, and there will be a focus on nurturing and promoting creative production in our community. We want to appeal to young, old, hip, plain, babies, animals, men, women, everyone.

We are very excited about this event and what it can contribute to Main Street’s artistic vitality, and how it can help support and encourage the local creative community."

next one is may 24th-and i'll be selling again!

it went really really well!it was a lot of work,but i sold a lot of stuff,made some money,and had a good time!i made A LOT of stuff,though...

i hadn't seen ashley since september and she surprised me by coming!she had no other plans,so i made her work at the table with me so i could use the bathroom and not get my hands sticky and stuff.


some crazy woman was being all gross and wouldn't leave me alone

thanks to darwin for encouraging me to do this-i ran into him at gene 6 days before,and because of that phoned yuriko that night and took a spot from somebody who cancelled!
big thanks to BLIM for putting this one-it's really great to get so many artists and designers attention/ exposure to customers/interested people that they normally wouldn't get.
and it was really a success,so i'm going to be doing them the rest of the summer,so if yr in vancouver,definitley come!!!
