Peanut Butter Cookies.
These are a veganized version of a cookie recipe my mom used to make and her mom used to make. This wasn’t the first time they’d been made vegan, though. When I first became vegan my mom would make them vegan for me and I made them once and brought them to the first EarthSave potluck I went to.Anyways, these are outstanding and I’m so glad I remembered them and asked her for the recipe because I’ve been looking for a ‘classic’ peanut butter cookie recipe that’s vegan for a long time, and now I’m satisfied.
Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Blondies.
I found the recipe for these on flickr, and I’m pretty sure that the woman who’s it is isn’t even vegan, but whatever these are incredible. They’re really fudgy.Y’know?
These following treats are all test recipes for Isa’s upcoming brunch cookbook ‘Crack of Noon’.Exciting!right?
Toasted Coconut and Mango Muffins. These are really really flavorful.I love toasted coconut. So much that I even ordered some of those toasted coconut marshmallows online in October.
Pain Au Chocolat with fresh strawberries.so easy, absolutely incredible.
East Coast Coffee Cake-chocolate chip variation .Ahhh I love big fat fatty crumb topping so much. And the cake is great-sweet,moist,light and well, the perfect base for a fat crumb topping. And yay for chocolate chips-the only coffee cake I ever really knew.

Oh man- only you can make me love peanut butter even more than I do now! Everything looks sooooo very good and I'm super jealous that you're a tester for Isa's new book!
