Epic Peanut Butter Bomb S'mores Cake!!!!

Peanut Butter Bomb S'mores Cake with home made graham crackers,Dandie's vegan marshies, and a peanut butter cup a top.

i have lots of other things to update about, but this seemed more necessary.best cake ever.

so last week i heard from a friend lori who i've known for almost 4 years actually because i once volunteered at the 2005 halloween party at our community bikes and she was working during the day.ever since i've gotten my bike fixed there, and oh it also turns out she was kind of friends with my friend mimi and then it was like everybody knew everybody.ANYWAYS,it was her girlfriend lissa's birthday and they needed a cake so this is what i made.

it consisted of:
chocolate cake
peanut butter frosting
(sweet frost?)
a layer of chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers in middle
a huge bomb of peanut butter frosting top centre
homemade graham crackers
marshmallows
chocolate chips

a peanut butter cup on top
and chocolate ganache.

middle layer of peanut butter frosting, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs/chunks.

birthday girl!

aww.

oh,and it was a fun party.thanks!

oh,and here's the homemade gram cwackers

ZOMG.

Hi Evan,
I was reminded of your blog tonight and thought I would check in and peruse - it's been awhile. Wow, such yummy, delicious-looking creations of perfection! I have always enjoyed your baking; it's the best. I hear you are leaving next week to NY, so I wanted to say that I will miss you and your delicious food and I wish you the best of luck in your schooling in New York. I'm sure you will have lots of fun there; make the most of it. Take care.
