Peanut Butter and Banana Turnovers and Strawberries n Cream Tunrnovers

Yay!Making pastry dough isn't hard,it's fun!and flaky!and delicious!
Made these over two weeks ago,but they were great.
I was really offended when I heard about a recipe that called a fried tortilla filled with peanut butter and banana a turnover. It may be delicious, but it's a tortilla, not a turnover.and peanut butter!

And over 3 weeks ago now I was in Seattle.that means I went to Sidecar for Pig's Peace. It also means I made sure to pick up another one of these:
peanutbuttersmores
Sweet & Sara Peanut Butter S'mores.Definitley one of my favourite prepackaged dessert ever.

I just made your cinnamon rolls for the very first time. After I had my dad taste one, he looked me straight in the eyes, and with all seriousness, told me...

"these are by far, THE greatest cinnamon rolls I have ever tasted, in my entire life."

wow, I never get compliments like that from my dad...I'm going to have to start making more of your recipes.

Evan, those turnovers look so ridiculously good I can't even believe that they exist!! (Yes, that good!)

And just how good ARE Sweet n Sara's smores? I want to try them so badly but can't imagine they'd survive in the mail if I ordered them online....at least until October!

oh man an employee at my local co-op had 5 sweet&sara smores for me when I came in this evening and I had only heard you rave about them and seen the photo strip of the 4 dimensions of goodness. Only 2 out of the 5 are of the peanut butter variety, but I am soooo happy! Cheers to the best prepackaged dessert! Chompppp
