better than a peanut butter cup...Peanut Butter Chocolate Shell Cookies!
Chocolate cookie encases globs of rich peanut buttery filling in these "shell" cookies from Squirrel's Vegan Kitchen.Soooo amazing!wow.The shell is hard,then a soft cookie,then the soft and rich pb filling.I'm excited for her baking book.awesomest cookies.

Yay! I'm so glad you like them and that they turned out for you. They are very time consuming, but all the effort pays off when you bit into one of those things. Yum!
