I needed something to bring to this past weeks ANTM night,so I decided peanut butter cheesecake after kevin was eating cheesecake before the sarah kramer thingy at the mini mall.Semi-problem was that I didn't have a recipe fro peanut butter cheesecake,and there wasn't one to be found elsewhere.Any sinfully vegan doesn't count because that book generally sucks.Anyways,I decided that i'd just do it intuitively since i've made tons of vegan cheesecakes before and I mean,c'mon,it's me,how could I fail?
I dunno,becuase I didn't.
I still remember everything I did,and will definitley be making this again.Probably a lot.
