hi,we're isa's new chocolate chip cookies and we're the best cookies ever.swear to god.and we're easy.
no,not in that way,perv.
no margarine.really.
already the girl at earth tonez said they were beautiful and gave me their info to see if i'd sell them there and then i brought some to the couple at Lula's Sweet Apothecary who i got the white chips from and she loved them and told me to move here and bake for them and sarchan loved them and so does sarah who's house i made them at and so did her friend john,and y'know what?i love them too.yay!
they have white chips and rainbow candy lentils!
they're all the rage.errbody's doing it.



it's like a birthday party!or easter.or something.

p.s i'm in nyc right now,actually i've been here since November 5th,but anywhoo it's really super awesome,and i've done a lot of neat stuff like meet Thurston Moore and do important things like go to interviews and portfolio review things,BUT there this place here called Lula's Sweet Apothecary and it's an all vegan ice cream parlour and I went there for the 5th time since being here today and I have had the best ice cream of my life there.Seriously.A whole big post on that later,though.

last summer when mike was visiting in vancouver i made him some vegan chocolate chip cookies.he thought they were awesome and since i'm staying with him right now he asked me to make him some more,and that i did.
they're the best chocolate chip cookies ever.

AND i made 2 batches of dough,so i made some home made chocolate chunk cookie dough ice cream too!
ahhhh!

homemade snickerdoodle ice cream with vanilla beans,cinnamon sugar,snickerdoodle dough,and snickerdoodle pieces/crumbles.

Vegan MoFo Day 32:Peanut Butter Pudge!and recipe!

Peanut BUtter Pudge Bars.
Okay,it's November!
These are really sweet,fudgy,gooey,blondie-ish peanut butter bars.
Have you ever had a Rudy's Handbuilt Peanut Butter Goo bar?Well these are a lot like it.I think atleast.I've only had the goo once,at the last PGMG show in Seattle I ate it,and they're freaking awesome.They remind me of the toffee dark chocolate bars my mom used to make,which she made vegan,too.

1 cup ap or wwp flour
1 t baking soda
1/4-1/2 t salt(depending on how you like it and what peanut butter yr using)
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegan margarine
1/4 cup non dairy milk
1 t vaniller
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips/chunks



I made these last a couple days before the stuffed tricked out peanut butter caramel apples and had left-over ganache from the apples to I spread it intop of the rest of these.




preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
cream the margarine and the sugars,add the peanut butter and cream.add milk and vanilla,too.
sift in flour,soda and salt.
add chocolate chips and stir.
put into a greased 8x 8 square or 9 in round baking pan.
bake 25-30 minutes.
done.
eat warm or cool or with ice creams or with more chocolate on top.

Vegan MoFo Day 30:No Treats,Just Trick-sjaaks Vegan Halloween Peanut Butters Cups!

Okay,well they are a treat,but compared to what comes/happens tomorrow,they're merely tricks.
Delicious tricks at that.They're just like the regular sjaak's peanut butter cups,and I don't have any to compare so I don't know if the chocolate is actually darker,but it's pretty dark.The filling is really good.Like,they nail it.It's perfectly slightly salty,and I love salty-sweet,but it's salty-sweet in the same way Reese's peanut butter cups are.Only thing is,these are TINY.Like,the peanut butter cups normally come at twice the size,which is still small,but these are so itty-bitty and cute.Y'know I once had a cat named Itty Bitty?BUt I don't want to get into that epic tale,it's too tragic,really.

aren't the black foil wrappers SO goth?!
but how un-goth are the way they're made in a flower mold?c'mon,it's halloween!

Vegan MoFo Day 29:Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bread!

I love eating bananas with peanut butter.So good.I also like it with chocolate.
I like it with chocolate spread.
I like taking a mouthful of peanut butter and taking a sip of coffee,too.
I like dipping bananas in coffee,also.

This was awesome.I love the crust.
I'll post the recipe,soon!
I'm so excited I have quite a few of my own recipes now!



Tubb really liked this,he ate about 98% of it.Heh.



That's at about 37%,btw.

Daniel is stupid and hates bananas,except for once in a blue moon he'll buy some really ripe ones for toast,or is like "aww man,I was gonna eat that last piece of banana bread as toast for breakfast".But really,once in a blue moon.
