    smalazzo-miller,these are really easy,you just need to be organized.
    1.make sure all ingredinets/toppings are ready.including ganache.
    2.core the apples with a melon baller.easy.stick a stick in the apples.
    3.make the caramel.
    4.stick apples in the caramel,and coat.
    let cool.
    easy easy easy!
