I've been testing cookies for Isa and Terry's upcoming cookie book.Here is some highlights.I'll start with peanut butter ones first.

they're so good that I made them again this week.I made Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies too,to compare them.No,I don't have a winner.yet.

One of my faves.Really healthy and hearty,too.Like really awesome banana bread,in a cookie.

"Call Me Blondies".

one of the best yet.With white and dark chocolate chips.Sooo gooey,and fudgy,chewy and dense.Whoa.


Magic Coconut Cookie Bars.
Coconut caramel,chocolate,nuts,coconut,graham crackers....these killed.


Spiced Sweet Potato Blondies.
I love the spices in these,especially the ginger.Ben said they're one of the best things i've ever made.And he's tried a lot of stuff I make.

I bought a $1.50 pineapple at pike place market last friday.i was really excited,even thought i hadn't had fresh pineapple for 1.5 years because it cuts up my mouth and turned my tongue white and bumby.Did the same thing after a while,but I still broiled it.


and had to pick it out of here.
